FirstWatch customer partners are the BEST! Throughout the year, we work together in online meetings, in our offices or onsite with one agency at a time, and at other conferences, but there is something amazingly special about a large gathering of users and our team members. We call our annual user and training conference Collaborate Live, where more than 100 attendees and about 40 FirstWatch staff come together for a few awesome days in San Diego. These gatherings have been an overwhelming success where FirstWatch customer-partners and employees learn from each other, in person, about the latest advancements in FirstWatch, along with pressing issues affecting first responders and data analysis, all while having as much fun as possible. A special part is that no matter what underlying CAD, ePCR, RMS, etc. the attendees have, they all have FirstWatch, so almost anything shown can be adopted by other attendees.

Attendees tell us that a huge value is meeting in person with FirstWatch staff both informally, and in the pre-scheduled 1-on-1s.

FirstWatch has built upon what we’ve learned each year, while simultaneously offering more of what you’re after: more networking among peers, more personalized time for each agency, more case study presentations by customer-partners, and focused sessions—and all of it against the inspiring backdrop of beautiful San Diego.
