This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for FirstWatch Solutions, Inc.

Portions of this privacy policy related to data collected from customers are covered by agreements with those specific customers, and may differ from these policies.

We are committed to the responsible handling and protection of personal information. THE TYPES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Security Cameras: We have security cameras throughout our building. The recorded images are used for security purposes only and kept on a temporary basis.

We collect Personal Information through sign-up forms and as part of your registration for information, an account, product, or service from this website.  Additionally, we may receive data from our customers obtained in conjunction with the services they have provided to you. Any personal information transferred between the United States and the European Union are to be done only upon consent, and according to stipulated Data Sharing Agreements between the parties in accordance to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Any Personal Information which we may collect on this site will be stored and processed in our servers located only in the United States. By using this site, if you reside outside the United States, you consent to the transfer of Personal Information outside your country of residence to the United States.

RIGHT TO ERASURE
You can request that we erase the personal information we hold on you by sending an email to  privacy@firstwatch.net  Once we receive your request, we will either make reasonable effort to erase your information or tell you why it cannot be deleted. There may be legal reasons why we need to keep your personal information.

COMPLAINTS
We will investigate and attempt to resolve complaints and disputes regarding use and disclosure of personal information by reference to the principles contained in this Privacy Policy within forty-five (45) days.

CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time. A notice will be posted on our web page for sixty (60) days whenever this Privacy Policy is changed in a material way.
