Collaborate Live 2026

AGENDA

Monday: 1-on-1 Meetings with our Team and FirstWatch Basics session

Interested in exclusive time with our team to address your specific needs or questions? This is one of the most popular aspects of Collaborate Live, and spaces fill up quickly! Monday is almost all about these meetings, and by popular demand, we’re also hosting a FirstWatch Basics session on Monday afternoon for those attendees new to FirstWatch or simply want a refresher! See 1-on-1s for more information and to sign up!

FirstWatch Basics: This afternoon workshop will cover the FirstWatch basics and is geared towards new users or those who want a refresher to help get the most out of the system. This fun and informal session will include: how to sign in, defining and creating triggers, learning how to view your data, and more.

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: Conference training, sessions, and
1-on-1 meetings with our Team

FirstWatch has added more functionality and new features than in any previous year, so this Collaborate Live will be packed with content. We’ll be creating the agenda in the coming weeks and months, but honestly, we’re still adding to the system at a faster pace than ever before, so will be updating the agenda right up to the last minute! For now, we’ve provided last year’s agenda below.

1-on-1s will continue throughout the conference.

AI is transforming what is possible in ways that need to be seen to be believed, and why Collaborate Live is so important this year.

This year we will be unveiling one of the most important initiatives in our history as a company: FirstWatch 2.0. This evolution is being built with AI capabilities from the ground up. It puts the user firmly in the driver seat – able to create dashboards and reports and ask dynamic questions of your data. This truly is a game changer and clearly shows the direction we are headed.

2026 Agenda coming soon! We will be updating the agenda periodically. The agenda is subject to change without notice.

Last year’s agenda below for reference.
