Jake was just 18 when he started his career in public safety as a dispatcher. Since then, he has worked for city, county and federal law enforcement agencies serving the greater good. After nearly two decades in dispatch and 911 technology, Jake brought his knowledge and experience to FirstWatch.

Today, as Systems Integration Manager, Jake collaborates with customer stakeholders to pinpoint integration requirements, resolve issues, and implement solutions. He manages the integration of various customer software systems into FirstWatch, ensuring they connect seamlessly. Additionally, Jake serves as a NetSuite administrator, where he develops and maintains the NetSuite Enterprise Resource Planning/Customer Relationship Management system, tailoring it to the specific needs of each team.
