Carlynn has worked in public safety for 36 years as a reserve police officer, dispatcher, communication center manager, EMS consultant, and as the Associate Director of the International Academies of Emergency Dispatch. While at the IAED, she partnered with Fitch & Associates to co-create the Communication Center Manager Course.

Now at FirstWatch, Carlynn has the important role of getting a thorough understanding of a client’s operations and the challenges they face. “It brings me joy when I can help find a solution to our clients’ needs,” she says. “Just watching their faces light up when they hear what we can offer is a great reminder of why I love working here.”
