Personal time with customer-partners is essential to Collaborate Live. We learn from you about how to make our products better, and you get your specific questions addressed.
Collaborate Live presents ample opportunities for this to happen organically – in the hallways after sessions, on the beach at the end of the day, and during morning coffee. But if you and your agency would like to schedule dedicated time to spend one-on-one with a member of our team, this is your opportunity.

Note: Our team will be in touch with you to select from available time slots. One-on-ones will fill up, and we will try our best to accommodate all requests.
Also, there can be a bit of strategy to scheduling your one-on-ones, depending on your anticipated needs:
- Some may want to schedule their one-on-ones during the main conference days in order to minimize their time away from home.
- Some may want to schedule their one-on-ones in the last part of the conference or on the Friday after the conference so they can talk with a FirstWatch team member about implementing some of the things they learn about during the conference itself.
- Some may already have things to discuss and get settled before the conference, and want to go over those things on the Monday before the main conference starts, or early in the main conference, to get them taken care of so they can focus on learning new things during the conference.
- Some may align with either the 2nd or 3rd bullet and be planning a little extra time in San Diego, and intentionally schedule their one-on-one for Monday or Friday, so as to have more time in between sessions to network and absorb all the learning!
