If you were trying to get to the Collaborate site, and you are seeing this page, something has gone wrong, and we’re sorry it’s happened.

We have several layers of always-on and live redundancy at all times for our FirstWatch Subscriber site, but this version of our Collaborate learning community site can only have one active/live version at a time, if something goes wrong we have to fix the problem to get it back online, so if you’ve gotten to this page, it either means something is wrong, OR you’ve been directed here by mistake. Either way, it’s a big deal, so please let us know by emailing support@firstwatch.net!

Once we know the cause of the problem, we will resolve it as soon as possible. In the meantime, if you have a question or comment that you wanted to post on Collaborate, you can send it in the form below, and someone will get back to you. You can also click here to go to the subscriber site.

2) Press 1 and wait for the beep

3) Leave your

  1. Name
  2. Call back number (slowly please)
  3. Agency
  4. How fast you hope to hear from someone
  5. A brief description of the issue.

4)  Our on-call person will respond as soon as possible, but usually within 1-2 hours, unless you indicate a longer timeframe is acceptable in your voicemail.
