As senior software engineer, Paul is called upon to do anything from build triggers, work on data source installations, or enhance product features. With expertise in CAD and GIS data, Paul is a tremendous asset to our team. “As an engineer I get to continuously develop new skill sets and work on new projects. While working at FirstWatch, I not only get to continue to evolve in my work, but also help to produce software that makes a difference for the public,” says Paul.
Paul has been with FirstWatch since 2016, and brought with him more than 24 years of software experience, 14 of those years working directly in public safety software. Having formerly worked as a Software Architect for TriTech and a CAD Administrator at Rural Metro Fire, Paul’s vast knowledge of the CAD data sources makes him a go-to expert when dealing with this data source. Before studying Computer Science, Paul served our country during the Gulf War in the Marine Corps for 4 years.
Paul enjoys spending time with his wife, increasing his knowledge of technology, and working outdoors. A lover of travel, he hopes to one day tour Europe with his family.
