With over 20 years of experience in EMS and public safety, Sarah is a seasoned operations leader with deep expertise in 911 systems, communications, and mobile integrated healthcare. She has led high-performing teams in fast-paced environments, consistently driving operational efficiency and supporting frontline personnel with clarity, compassion, and accountability.

Now serving as an Account Executive at FirstWatch, Sarah leverages her extensive field experience to help agencies implement data-driven solutions that enhance performance, improve situational awareness, and better serve their communities.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, swimming, reading, and proudly supporting her daughter in orchestra and wrestling.
