FirstWatch Mobile Application Privacy Policy
Your privacy and the privacy of all users of the FirstWatch mobile application is important to us. This App is owned and operated by FirstWatch Solutions, Inc. (“FirstWatch”, “we”, “us”, “our”). This privacy policy governs the individual (“you”, “your”) use of the software application FirstWatch for mobile devices. The App is available to current FirstWatch subscribers and will allow you to access to all FirstWatch triggers and modules you currently have access to as outlined in your License Agreement. This Privacy Policy is not a contract and does not create any legal rights or obligations.
Consent
By using this App, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. “Processing,” means using cookies on a hand held device or using or touching the information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in the United States.
User Provided Information
The App obtains the information you provide when you download and use it. You must currently be an active FirstWatch customer who is paying ongoing maintenance in order to access any feature of this App.
When you download and open the App we will collect personally identifiable information that you have previously provided to us; your assigned FirstWatch user name and password are required to access the App.
Data
We use technologies like cookies, web beacons, or unique device identifiers to identify your type of mobile device so we can deliver a better experience.
We retrieve pertinent device information for the purpose of delivering a better user experience. We will not access other personal information on your device, such as your phone book, calendar or messages unless authorized.
We do not knowingly contact or collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly obtain parental consent or remove the information.
Location
We may collect but do not share your location history.
To customize our service for you, we may collect and store your precise geographic location as part of your user profile. This data generally is not shared with others. We may ask for your consent on your first use of the service.
Sharing
We generally do not share personally identifiable information (such as name, address, email or phone) with other companies. We may share your personal information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.
We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

Website Policy
When you access the FirstWatch website, including from your mobile device via the FirstWatch App, your activities are subject to the website terms of use and privacy policy, as stated there. The FirstWatch website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are available at www.firstwatch.net/terms and www.firstwatch.net/privacy, respectively. This Policy applies to your device-based interactions with the App only.
Security
We take detailed steps to protect your private information. We take reasonable administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to safeguard and protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure. This includes utilizing Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts the personal information you input, and storing your information in encrypted form behind a firewall designed to block access from outside our network.
FirstWatch Solutions, Inc. adheres to the rules and regulations of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
Deletion
You may choose to uninstall and suspend the use of the FirstWatch App at any point in time. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the application marketplace.
Your FirstWatch data will not be affected and can still be accessed through the FirstWatch subscriber site.
Updates
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. If we make any changes, we will update the “date of most recent update.” Any updates to this policy will become effective when we post the updates to application. Your use of the App means that you accept the updated Policy.
