Every year we look forward to an incredible week of opportunities to learn, share, and just hang out in our FirstWatch Suite and around the conference. Pinnacle was virtual this year, and we really missed everybody.
One of the highlights of each Pinnacle has been our Tuesday afternoon FirstWatch Annual EMS User Update Meeting. It’s typically three hours long with over 100 attendees and is a great way for us to kick off Pinnacle and showcase all the great ideas you and your peers suggested, and our team was able to implement over the last year.
This year, in the new virtual format, we compressed the time to 90 minutes and moved it to Monday.

Our topics will include exciting new ways to display, analyze, and output information, implement patient-centric QI, use new GIS enhancements, get same day feedback from patients and family, connect hospital outcome and registry data, and much more!

Recent national events including COVID-19 and the protests have quite possibly forever changed the EMS environment. Preparedness, response, treatment and transport must be reexamined, challenging EMS like never before. Dr. Jay Fitch, Founding Partner at Fitch & Associates, will be joined by industry leaders Ray Barishansky, Mike Taigman and Matt Zavadsky to discuss key leadership learnings and where we go from here.
