Armando’s work at FirstWatch helps American and Canadian customers use FirstPass® to improve patient care and outcomes. A public safety veteran, he has worked for EMS/ambulance companies, as an emergency trauma technician in two emergency departments, and volunteered as a medic for Cruz Roja Mexicana (Mexican Red Cross) for more than a decade.

Armando completed the U.S Forest Service’s Wildland Fire Academy and will soon earn his associate’s degree in fire science through Southwestern College. When he’s not helping clients or studying, he loves to be outside with his wife and son, riding his motorcycle, playing sports, or improving his carpentry skills.
