Associate Customer Care Consultant

At FirstWatch, Celene works with the Customer Care department supporting them with administrative and clerical support to keep things running smoothly.

Her background in event planning helps keep the team organized and on-track with many projects. Although Celene is new to the public safety industry, she brings her passion for helping people to everything she does in her role—something that reminds her of her time working with kids at a local public library.

A native of the tropical Hawaiian Islands, Celene received a bachelor’s in English from the University of Hawai’i at Manoa. She has a newfound love of travel with Cuba and Japan at the top of her bucket list. In her spare time, Celene enjoys reading, listening to podcasts and playing with her sassy cat named Uku.
