Kevin Hammond has 25 years expertise as a Leader of organizations in Business  and Non-profit serving the need of public entities. He coordinated, and implemented a partnership model to leverage Ken Blanchard’s Leadership training content within Higher Education and K-12 districts throughout the US with the Blanchard Institute and as a training associate with the Ken Blanchard Companies.  He’s successfully worked with First Responders with 10 years’ experience with Target Safety delivering online safety resources to  Over 2500 fire departments throughout North America.

Kevin holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Positive Psychology and trauma in early childhood development. He is certified in leadership development and resilience training. He co-leads the ResilientFirst program for FirstWatch.
