Mallie Juergens

Clinical Solutions Specialist

A natural adventurer and people-lover, Mallie brings both a breadth and depth of experience to her role as Clinical Solutions Specialist at FirstWatch. Her day-to-day work focuses on helping customers review their clinical data for EMS systems across the U.S. and Canada.

Mallie, a public safety veteran, spent eight years in EMS, worked as a paramedic and spent time teaching EMT skills and CPR, leveraging her associate’s degree in paramedic studies from Southwestern College in Chula Vista. (That’s in addition to another associate’s in arts and humanities.)

No stranger to hard work, Mallie has worked as a barista, valet, and jeweler and in a hardware store and pizza parlor. Paddle-boarding, hiking, running, surfing, cycling, snowboarding—Mallie and her husband are game for it all. The couple have been to a dozen countries, with New Zealand and Morocco still on their wish list. And if there’s anything you want to know about the Titanic (the ship, not the movie), just ask Mallie.
