Melissa Aguiling

Project Manager

At FirstWatch, Melissa works across departments to help with Project Management from Onboarding to Delivery. Melissa helps coordinate, plan, and effectively communicate with clients to ensure they are getting the support needed throughout implementation. Melissa is passionate about meeting goals, getting creative, and helping out our Public Safety and Health Department partners in any way possible!

Her background in Healthcare includes experience as a Certified Nurse Assistant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration. Melissa is a Chicago native, with a work ethic and values of the Philippines culture, and loves helping the helpers from the Inland Empire of Southern California.

In her free time, Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters, traveling, football season, and listening to music. We can’t forget the foodie that Melissa loves to be!
