Solutions Specialist – Reports

Every day, Michaela’s role as Solutions Specialist – Reports gives her the chance to put her master’s degree in finance to work, not to mention nearly a decade’s experience as an administrator for Charleston County Consolidated 911 Dispatch Center in South Carolina.

These skills, plus her “everything is possible” attitude, make every day different and every FirstWatch customer an opportunity to provide excellent service. A native of Slovakia (SK), Michaela speaks several languages and loves to rack up frequent flyer miles. Her five-year travel plans includes as many U.S. national parks as possible, Scotland, Ireland, Tuscany, the Northern Lights, and the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games in Tokyo in summer 2021 (phew!).

Closer to home, you can find Michaela organizing things around the house à la Marie Kondo, watching “Parks & Recreation” or sewing. But her favorite way to spend time is with her husband, daughter, and two dogs, a silky terrier shih tzu and a coonhound.
