Ron Rogers

System Administrator

Ron has more than 22 years of experience in the IT field, including eight years at TriTech Software Systems and 15 years as IT Manager for the Del Mar Fairgrounds, where his department supported 300 employees. (Fun fact: The fairgrounds are home to the country’s fourth-largest fair and the Breeders’ Cup horse race!). He brings a range of skills—including time spent installing and deploying computer systems in client dispatch centers—to his current role providing daily IT support to FirstWatch employees.

The rapidly changing nature of the IT field keeps Ron challenged and engaged, as there’s always more to learn. When he’s not keeping FirstWatch technology humming along, this avid hiker can be found scaling Cowles Mountain in his hometown of San Diego, mountain biking, taking in a Padres game or heading to Cabo San Lucas or Vegas.
