With three degrees under her belt (master’s in commerce, post graduate diploma in computer science, and post graduate diploma in business administration) and extensive experience in both technical support and operations, Sharmila provides customers with the best service possible. She thrives when she is able to keep customers’ needs at the forefront of everything she does, and her experience and education allow her to solve even the most difficult technical or logistical issues.
Sharmila has a very large family, and she loves spending time with her husband, two kids, and two puppies. Her travel bucket-list is quite extensive, and she enjoys cooking and arts & crafts. She prides herself in being fluent with the oldest language in the world, Tamil, a language that has been in continuous use for the last 5000 years.
