Terry Fitch

Sales Manager

Terry Fitch comes to the FirstWatch team with over 37 years of experience in public safety. One of three Regional Managers, Terry works with prospective clients using consultative skills that help in making recommendations to meet the scope of projects while working with existing customers to ascertain needs and provide excellent customer service. He aims to develop a good rapport and trust with all of our customers by exploiting the industry experience and knowledge he has acquired throughout the years working in the industry and with clients and team members.

Terry originally went to school to learn electronics in hopes of becoming an industrial two-way radio technician in an effort to follow his father’s trade in the family business. After becoming a volunteer firefighter and EMT in the late 1970’s, it was inevitable that Public Safety was going to be a renewed direction of career. Since that time, Terry has developed a comprehensive background of experience ranging from working in the field as an EMT to operations of dispatch systems that includes strategic deployment of resources, and the measurement of system status using statistical analytics. The last 17 of his 37 years spent in the industry have been in direct sales.

Currently, Terry has completed his Associate of Arts degree in Business and is working to complete the Bachelor of Science portion in Communications/Marketing and Sales Communications at the University of Phoenix. He has been previously trained in selling methods like that of Miller Heiman and Dale Carnegie along with CAD technical support and Systems Status Management.

Terry has been married to his best friend Cindy for 22 years. Together they spend their days with three daughters, two grandsons and a granddaughter. Now that all of their children are grown, they hope to spend more time traveling with a dream vacation in Aruba!
