She may be new to public safety, but Yvett Beltran shares the values of those in the field: empathy, a desire to serve, and teamwork. She is passionate about making a difference in her community, making her a natural fit for the FirstWatch team. Inspired by the selfless work their customers do every day, Yvett is driven to improve her knowledge and skills to contribute to their success.

As a project coordinator, Yvett keeps a pulse on sales, operations, customer care, product development and then some, ensuring FirstWatch projects stay on track so their customers can better serve their communities. Her previous roles in case management with non-profit organizations serving disadvantaged populations instilled in her the value of relationship-driven customer care. Coupled with a master’s degree in organizational leadership, this experience helps her understand the needs of FirstWatch customers to deliver exceptional customer support.

Outside of fulfilling her meaningful role at FirstWatch, Yvett enjoys pilates, watching true crime documentaries and spending quality time with her partner, family and dogs.
