A recognizable public safety software sales veteran; Sally Olson-Nelson joined FirstWatch after more than 3 decades of experience in public safety & public safety software sales.

While in college at the University of Nebraska, Sally interned with the Lincoln Fire Department…well (as they say), the rest is history—as Sally instantly fell in love with public safety. Therefore, it’s only fitting that Sally’s first job after college was with the Largo Fire Department (FL), as Public Education/Information Officer/EMT.

Now, as Regional Sales Manager, Sally is able to expertly draw upon her experience helping leaders within the Public Safety sector across the US & Canada. Sally will gladly tell you that she believes “all FirstWatch clients benefit from the collaboration that occurs not just between a customer and FirstWatch, but between all of our customers.  We can all learn a lot from each other, whether we are a FirstWatch employee, an existing FirstWatch client or a FirstWatch prospective client!  It’s the teamwork that makes the difference!”

When Sally is not busy helping our West Coast FirstWatch customer partners from her home office in FL, she and her husband (a former Police Officer) love to play with their two Yorkshire Terriers! They also love to travel and planning trips to enjoy together – maybe back to Sweden? For those of you that know Sally and her impeccable fashion sense; it’s no surprise that she especially loves to shop!
