Just-in-Time Leadership Dialogue
3:15 pm – 4:15 pm
Rooms 2-3
Speakers:
Joe Graw, Chief Growth Officer, ImageTrend
Mike Taigman, Improvement Guide, FirstWatch
Just-in-Time Leadership Dialogue isn’t a presentation—it’s a live experiment. No slides. No agenda. No pretense that we already know what you need. Together with the audience, we build the session in real time—surfacing the leadership challenges that are actually keeping you up at night: staffing headaches, why performance evaluations feel useless, motivating burned-out teams, and what data leaders should (and should not) be paying attention to. From there, we improvise—drawing on experience, evidence, and sharp dialogue to explore what’s most relevant in the moment. Come curious, skeptical, or frustrated. You’ll leave with clarity, perspective, and a few ideas you didn’t expect.
