With staffing challenges, concerns about the dangers of lights and siren, new contracting models, and the pressure for EMS to evolve many systems and have or are considering big changes. Adding BLS units, nurse advice lines, and telehealth are a few of the many options on the table. The big fear with any significant change is that we could miss a critical patient and send them a BLS crew non-emergent or to nurse advice when they really need a lifesaving ALS treatment.

In this webinar you’ll learn how to think about these strategic challenges through the lens of data and probability. You’ll learn how to predict the real impact of change to minimize the risk while maximizing the benefits.
